The leader is a semi-hard, full-fat goat cheese, made according to the recipe of old Montenegrin cheeses. The quality of this product, in addition to the name, is evidenced by numerous awards at fairs in Montenegro and abroad. Our cheese “Leader” is 2016. was the host of a reception for Prince Charles of England. In the same year, at the fair in Novi Sad, Lider was declared the best cheese in the region.
The process of ripening on wooden shelves and the quality of milk produced in mountainous areas, makes it a unique cheese of recent times. The leader is distinguished by all the special details that have left Montenegro for decades as a unique product that can only be created on this soil.
Ingredients: pasteurized goat’s milk, rennet, culture, with max 2.5%.
