Cheese from the bag is a unique product of modern times. Throughout history, it has been produced in our Banja Luka and has often represented this famous tribe. At the time of Petrović, spa cheese from the bag was sent to Cetinje after the most famous spa dukes, from where it was sent as a gift to the rulers of large countries.

 

Description

Ripening lasts 100 days and is carried out in the skin of the lamb, which gives the cheese a piquant taste. A firm consistency and a certain percentage of salt, allow for long and safe ripening. After the ripening process, the cheese is vacuum-packed on the same day in smaller packages and thus retains the flavors and aromas created in the bag.
