Description
The specific quality of this cheese rests on:
- sheep’s milk structure, which is different in terms of fat and protein
- short lactation of sheep, which ensures high quality cheese
It is produced in large rolls and matures on wooden shelves, under special conditions. This type of cheese is rarely produced in Montenegro, and our company has rounded off the range of cheeses of the highest quality from the Montenegrin karst.

Store at a temperature of +4 to +8 C.
