Description
The specific quality of this cheese is based on:
- the structure of sheep’s milk which is different in terms of fat and protein
- short lactation of sheep, which ensures high quality cheese
It is produced in large rolls and ripens on wooden shelves, in special conditions. This type of cheese is rarely produced in Montenegro, and our company has rounded off the range of cheeses of the highest quality from the Montenegrin karst.
Usable up to date on bar code labels.
Store at temperatures from +4 to +8 C.
