Description
Goat cheese in olive oil is a spicy cheese that matures for more than 150 days. It remains in the ripening process until the percentage of SM is higher than 85%, so it does not take on the taste of oil, but retains the aroma and smell of milk. Olive oil enriches the taste and guarantees stability (serves as a preservative).
